at East West Crossings.  Tea Master Frey, along with two members of his Tea School located in York, PA, will be here to demonstrate the Japanese tea ceremony that is traditionally performed during the Cherry Blossom festival in Japan.

Each guest will receive a tea service of Japanese green Matcha tea and tea sweets, along with a small memento to remember the day.

The cost of the ceremony is $25.00.
Seating is limited and advance reservations are being accepted:

Mr. Frey is a certified instructor with the Urasenke Foundation and will demonstrate the classical tea ceremony, as passed down from teacher to student, through sixteen generations in the Urasenke tradition.  The ceremony will be performed in authentic costume and with explanatory narration of the meaning of the ritualized movements and gestures as it is performed.

Master Frey and his tea school have been featured in Susquehanna Style Magazine.  He has performed this ancient art at the Shofuso-En Japanese House in Fairmount Park in Philadelphia, as well as at The Philadelphia Gallery of Art.
